Why does the thumbnail for my video appear to be blank?

If the thumbnail for a video is blank, it means we encountered a problem in trying to convert your video.  This usually occurs because the form of compression used in the video is not compatible with our system. You can attempt to change the format by opening the video in Windows Movie Maker or Apple iMovie, saving it in an alternate format, and then uploading the new version to your family site.
