Who can edit tags?

Administrators can view, add, delete, edit and search for tags on all site content.

Members can view, add and search for tags on any site content. They can also delete and edit tags that have been placed on content they added.

Guests can view and search for tags on any site content, but cannot add, delete or edit tags in any way.
