How do I gain access to all of the site themes? 

All of the site themes are accessible within paid sites. Administrators of these sites can choose from our entire library of professionally designed themes, and can also create their own themes with the Custom Theme Builder.

Administrators of free sites can choose from 4 different site themes to customize their site.
