How do I add an image to a post?

You can add an image to a discussion, comment, or reply by using the following HTML code:

<img src="http://site.com/photo.jpg">

Just replace the site.com/photo.jpg text with the URL of the image you want to add.

If you want to find the URL for an image on your myfamily.com site, just go to the photo, right click on it and select 'properties'. You'll find it under 'Address (URL)'.
