How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will ship in 3-5 business days after QOOP receives your order (weekends and holidays are not considered business days and are not counted for purposes of determining printing and shipping time). Actual shipping time will depend upon your destination location and the shipping method chosen at the time you confirm your order.

In general, domestic (US) orders sent via DHL Next Day will arrive the next business day after completion of printing. Domestic orders sent via DHL Ground generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

International orders sent via DHL should arrive within 3-10 business days after completion of printing. Orders sent via international first class mail normally arrive 2-4 weeks after completion of printing. QOOP ships worldwide.
