Can I send an email to all users on my site?

You can send an email to all members by going to the Member List page, clicking on the 'Email' link, then clicking on the 'Select All On Page' link, then clicking the 'Continue' button.

If you have multiple pages of users, you'll need to click on 'Select All On Page' for each page of members. Any user who does not have an email address displayed in the Member List cannot be emailed.
