Can I change another member's username or password?
Only the creator of the username and password can change it. If a member would like to change their username and/or password, have them do the following:
1. Log into any of your myfamily.com sites.
2. Click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the screen.
3. Click on the 'Sign In Details' link on the left side of the screen.
4. Change your username and/or enter your new password and click 'save.'
If they've forgotten their username and/or password, have them go to the sign in page and look for the 'Forgot your username and password?' section. They can enter the email address they used to register and click the 'Request Help' button. We'll send them an email containing their username and a link that allows them to choose a new password. This link will expire 12 hours from the time the email was sent, so they should check their inbox soon after requesting help. If they don’t see the email in their inbox, have them check their email program’s Junk or Spam folder.
