How do I get help if I forgot my username or password?

If you've forgotten your username and/or password, go to the sign in page and look for the 'Forgot your username and password?' section. Enter the email address you used to register and click the 'Request Help' button. We'll send you an email containing your username and a link that allows you to choose a new password. This link will expire 12 hours from the time the email was sent, so you should check your inbox soon after requesting help. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your email program’s Junk or Spam folder.
