Who can invite members to my site? 

By default, Administrators and Members can invite people to the site, while Guests cannot. Site administrators can change these settings by performing the following:

1. On the site's home page, click on the 'Site Settings' link.

2. Click on the 'Administrator Settings' link.

3. Select one of the three Invitation Permission options and click the 'Save' button.

These settings can be changed by site administrators by going to the 'Administrator Settings' section of Site Settings' page.
