What are events?

Events are an easy way to let other members know about important dates like birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and other kinds of gatherings. You can create or modify an event by going to the Manage Events page. When you create a new event, you can choose to have it occur only once or to recur every month or every year. A list of upcoming events is displayed on the right side of the home page.
